If You're Experiencing Climate Anxiety, Listen To This
Have you been wondering about your future? Have you been feeling drained by the constant disastrous climate news and feeling a sense of dread about what's to come with how big the crisis is? Well, today we're getting honest about something called climate anxiety. That being, a sense of worry and nervousness rooted in uncertainty about the future due to climate change.
This is an extremely rational and common feeling. That's why today we are going to be talking about how we can start to cope in ways that are healthy, reassuring, and even hopeful.
I'm going to share my feelings with you and whether you’re new to climate conversations or have been in the fight for a while, this is an open, honest and hopefully educational chat designed to remind you: your feelings are valid, and you don’t have to be in constant worry about the state of the world.
Quote of the day: "A lack of hope leads to a lack of action and a lack action leads to a lack of hope" - Naomi Cambridge
